Cindy Shap57Good amplifier but has some distortion at higher levels of sound. Bought this for my 12 y/o grandson to accompany his Fender Starcaster guitar he wants to learn to play.

DMH, CAPurchase the amplifier for my grandson who is a ten year old guitar player. He has played for us several times since the purchase and the amp appears to be doing a great job. It is just the right size for a young guitarist or for someone who does not want to haul around a super heavy amp. The right price; the right size; the right sound! Who can ask for more?

I bought this for my niece, but I am not sure if I purchased the right kind of amp for her. It is nice and compact and great value for the price. My niece has an electric violin and so I bought it for her to use with that. It has a bit of a hum which makes me wonder if we are using it correctly or if it is not supposed to be used with this kind of amp.
"great little amp!!!!" 2010-06-20By
paul daythis amp is small in size but full of sound. because of its size there is little bottom end but it still cranks!! very responsive, very clean sounding. this amp is well worth the price.

AmberI got this as a present for my boyfriend, and I know absolutely nothing about guitars and amps. Turns out this was a pretty good amp for just practicing in the house. He loves it, but still has plans on getting the amp of his dreams, so I would totally recommend it for a beginner or just some in house practice but not for shows and stuff. I had no problem with delivery and the product was in perfect condition.
